For more than a decade, Kim has been an active participant in agility, competing in AAC, USDAA, CKC and NADAC venues with her dogs, placing numerous times at Regional and National Championships. Kim and Recess were the 2008 AAC National Champions and the 2011 AAC Ontario Regional Champions in the 22” Regular Division. Kim has competed at the international level in agility for the last several years. She and Recess were previously named to the 2008 and 2010 Canadian IFCS World Teams, bringing home a silver and bronze medal in 2010. Kim and Recess have participated in four USDAA Cynosport World Games, winning the Dog Agility Masters 3-Dog Team Event in 2010, and making the Steeplechase Finals in 2008. Kim and Recess also represented Canada at the inaugural World Agility Open Championships in 2011, bringing home a bronze medal in the Agility Games event, and placing 8th overall in the Agility Pentathlon event. Kim lives with her three dogs (Recess, Gossip & Savvy), two children (Ryan and Kenzie) and husband John in Ancaster, Ontario. She is thrilled to be representing the AAC and Canada for a third time at the IFCS World Agility Championships and is looking forward to playing her favourite game with her soul sister - Recess - this spring in Texas!
